How to get key services

1. Inclusion of name in the voter list with photo and provision of national identity card: For inclusion of name in the voter list with photo, contact the concerned Upazila Election Office and fill the voter registration form-2 and the name can be included in the list subject to fulfilling all conditions as per voter list law. National Identity Card is issued when the voter is registered.
2. Mistake Correction of National Identity Card: For correction of any information of National Identity Card one has to apply through the prescribed form from the concerned Upazila Election Office and submit the original National Identity Card and document as proof along with the application.
3. Provision of Duplicate Copy of Lost National Identity Card: In case of loss of National Identity Card, the concerned police station should be entered in the diary and along with the copy of the diary (NID or Voter Number must be mentioned in the diary) should apply in the prescribed form from the concerned Upazila Election Office. Duplicate copies are provided at the end of the official process.
4. Voter Transfer: In order to transfer a voter from one area to another, he has to collect the Voter Transfer Form from the Upazila Election Office of the area where he wants to transfer and submit the completed form to the said Election Office after fulfilling the required information and other conditions.

5. Display of Voter List: The voter list is displayed in the context of the application along with the fee fixed by the government.
. Certified Copy of Voter List: Certified copy of Voter List is provided on application in the form of fee fixed by the Government.

6. Supply of Voter List CD: Voter List CD is provided in the context of the application along with the fee fixed by the government from the announcement of the election schedule.
